Pendant/Necklace Silver .999 'USO' Face in Swahili Africa Image Jewelry by Jennell (JxJ)

While observing a map of the continent of Africa, the outline of a
woman's face appeared to me. I proceeded to design this image.
There are several versions of this theme. My daughter, Nichelle,
suggested the name 'USO' which means face in Swahili. I requested
and received a design copyright.

This 'USO' is crafted from .999 Silver Clay. The Silver Clay has Fine
Silver particles suspended in a binder that burns away when fired
leaving Fine Silver. I outlined this image; made a mold of it and inserted
Silver Metal Clay. The North, West and Central parts of Africa are repre-
sented by the hair. East and part of South Africa are depicted in the face,
and the neck portrays the Southern part of Africa.

The 'USO' measures 1 1/4 inches x 1 inch x 1.5mm (33mm x 26mm
x 1.5mm). This 'USO' is suspended from 18 inches of Amethyst Pebbles.
The Pebbles range from 5mm to 10mm in size. The necklace has a lobster
clasp.
